{"id":134,"date":"2004-05-24T14:27:00","date_gmt":"2004-05-24T14:27:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.shiromi.com\/cgi-bin\/blosxom.cgi\/photography\/200405242327.html"},"modified":"-0001-11-30T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"-0001-11-29T16:00:00","slug":"practising","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/shiromi.com\/blog\/2004\/05\/24\/practising\/","title":{"rendered":"Practising"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.shiromi.com\/gallery\/just-friends\/CRW_5778\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"left\" src=\"http:\/\/www.shiromi.com\/gallery\/albums\/just-friends\/CRW_5778.thumb.jpg\" alt=\"Ratana and girls in Harajuku\" \/><\/a>I went to Harajuku and to Meiji Jingu on Sunday with Ratana to show him around some most interesting places, like those <a href=\"http:\/\/www.shiromi.com\/gallery\/just-friends\/CRW_5778\">gothic girls<\/a> who gather on Sunday afternoon in front of Yoyogi Koen, the rockers dancing all day long and more seriously, Meiji Jingu shrine.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.shiromi.com\/gallery\/tokyo\/CRW_5775\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"right\" src=\"http:\/\/www.shiromi.com\/gallery\/albums\/tokyo\/CRW_5775.thumb.jpg\" alt=\"japanese wedding\" \/><\/a>Although it was not &#8220;taian&#8221; (\u00e5\u00a4\u00a7\u00e5\u00ae\u2030, the best days to get married in Japan &#8211; note that since my own wedding, I became especially aware of that kind of things, as well as so many other wedding-related things that have absolutely no interest in an everyday&#8217;s conversation!), there were about three weddings going on at the same time.<\/p>\n<p>I didn&#8217;t have all my lenses with me, just the old good 50mm but I tried a few shots, practising for Fred&#8217;s wedding next month.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.shiromi.com\/gallery\/tokyo\/CRW_5777\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"left\" src=\"http:\/\/www.shiromi.com\/gallery\/albums\/tokyo\/CRW_5777.thumb.jpg\" alt=\"entrance\" \/><\/a>I will have the honour to be one of the photographers and I wish to give Fred and Mari a nice gift under the form of a nice series of wedding pictures.<br \/> For that, I&#8217;ve been studying the pictures of our own wedding and I will try a few artistic shots.<\/p>\n<p>In the meantime, this 5-minutes session was a good indicator for me and shows me how fast and mobile you have to be during the wedding.
