Your pictures are georgous!
Hello! I love browsering your galleries, the one you took of Japan is amazing, and I never heard of Yakushima before I saw it on your site, I was wondering, is it possible to find a hotel in Yakushima?

Thanks!
Hi Aisha, the hotel we stayed at is called Hotel Akatsuki. It's a very nice hotel, a bit pricey, but the place is great, excellent food, nice view and an outdoor swimming pool. If you browse my Yakushima gallery, you'll actually see some pictures of the room we stayed at. There must be some other cheaper hotels, like the ones on this page. Have a great trip, Yakushima has got to be one of my favorite places in Japan!

Thank you!
Hi Eddie! Thank you very much for answering my question! I’d love to visit Yakushima, I’ve discussed it with my Japanese friends and they told me they have visited the island before and really loves it, except it’s quite tiring as you have to walk all over the place, I don’t mind! I’d love to see the place.

Yes, I looked at the hotel you stayed at, it’s georgous! I think I can afford it, it looks much nicer and cheaper than hotels in other cities in Japan.

Again, thank you very much for the help!

Indeed, some of the points in the forest are only reachable after several hours of hiking, but everything around you looks so magical, that you really won't mind! Have a great trip!
