Hanami party?

For this week end, Hanami, which is supposed to be about some picnic under the cherry blossom turned into a freezing walk in the park under the snow ! It was not that unpleasant though, considering the beauty of the park I went to 
Then the next day, I saw the weirdest thing ... a festival dedicated to ... well, have a look yourself !
